Made In-House
Every product is designed and produced in-house in New York City. Because we manufacture our own garments, production may take longer and be done in smaller quantities. Some items may not be restocked once they sell out.
Product Care
For best results with our 100% cotton garments, we recommend washing and drying on cold and gentle cycles with colors alike to the garment you are washing (no excessive heat). For silk or lace, we recommend spot cleaning / hand washing / air drying as needed.
Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in New York City. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to avoid returns at all costs, and we only accept product back in rare instances when it was our fault. Please consider all items final sale. If your order requires careful instruction, please contact us as soon as you make your purchase so we can make sure it is perfect for you when it leaves our studio! Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can see what we can do to help. Anything beyond that window we no longer claim responsibility for.
Sizing & Accessibility
We believe our clothing should be available to all of the people who want to wear it.
If a disability or our current sizing prevents that, please reach out. We make everything in-house, which allows us to accommodate requests that larger brands can't whenever reasonably possible. This includes extended sizing.
Pricing
Because everything is produced in-house and in limited quantities, prices may vary between production runs as materials and manufacturing costs may change.
